When Sarah first started with us she managed testing of new functionality for of one of our main clients however that quickly changed to also include being the Business Analyst on several development projects and leading the requirements management on a key piece of work that was business critical to us. Sarah quickly earned the trust of her peers and integrated with the development teams and it’s this that enabled her to be so successful in expanding her project involvement. Joined Tesco in Nov 2009 as a Business Systems Analyst in Retail IT Service looking after Fuel sites in UKROI. During this role I reduced the duration of site closures due to IT issues by over 50%. In addition to Fuel service I led the vendor transition for Telecoms for Retail IT and project managed the Managed Print Service pilots UKROI / EU. In March 2011 I moved to the Point of Sale development team to manage the remaining UK Cash Management system implementations. I moved into the Networks team to work with consultants to prepare the area to operate globally using ITIL standards. I then project managed a vendor change for Customer Wi-Fi in all large format stores.
