When Sarah first started with us she managed testing of new functionality for of one of our main clients however that quickly changed to also include being the Business Analyst on several development projects and leading the requirements management on a key piece of work that was business critical to us. Sarah quickly earned the trust of her peers and integrated with the development teams and it’s this that enabled her to be so successful in expanding her project involvement. Given her impact our major client asked for Sarah to support some of their projects with their end customers and her role changed to include being a consultant delivering system configuration on their new developments. Sarah’s commitment meant these projects were greatly successful and included very positive client feedback that they wouldn’t have been without her. I’ve seen this through her general working with my teams and her guiding new customers during their onboarding, Sarah’s approach to work has had a really positive impact on all those she’s spent time with. She’s open and collaborative, works hard, and perhaps most importantly for me, understands customer service and how to build relationships. Very happy to recommend you Sarah for all non-technical project roles (business analyst, product owner, project manager, PMO) and I’m certain you’ll be successful in future.

I worked with Sarah for 18 months and throughout she displayed excellent attention to detail, a great work ethic and was vital to the projects delivery. She was always willing to help with testing and was essential to a number of successful projects. Sarah was also an excellent customer interface able to take detailed requirements from a variety of users and translate them into stories and features the developers could then work on.
