The Commission on Administrative Justice [CAJ - Ombudsman Kenya] is mandated to address all forms of maladministration, promote good governance and efficient public service delivery by enforcing the right to fair administrative action. CAJ investigates abuse of power, manifest injustice and unlawful, oppressive, unfair or unresponsive official conduct.I am responsible for the coordination and management of staff and functions of the CLS Division for optimal performance and provision of advice on all legal aspects of the Commission, regulations and other legal statutes. In addition, the Division ensures compliance with the policy, legal requirements and provisions in all the undertakings of the CAJ. The Ombudsman has five (5) Regional Offices, and the Division coordinates provision of Ombudsman Services at the offices.
