Coordinate building repairs and maintenance. Process and coordinate key card requests, necessary clearances, and background checks. Manages the purchase and repair of office equipment. Administer benefits for agency: Assist staff with benefits information as it relates to enrollment and retirement. Responds to questions from employees, supervisors, and managers daily regarding agency policies and benefits. Maintain a working knowledge of benefit updates. This role will process FMLA/ADA and handle PHI. This role is expected to safeguard this information in accordance with HIPPA rules. Serves as KPERS Designated Agent for the agency. Coordinates Shared Leave Requests. Processing payroll for agency: Approving and submitting timesheets as needed by payroll deadlines. Troubleshoot payroll and timesheet issues and reviewing reports and logs to ensure all staff are paid appropriately. Maintain working knowledge of all applicable labor laws to advise on hours worked and leave usage. Provides assistance and technical support regarding payroll and time and leave for Agency. Tracks and reconciles leave requests. Record Keeping: Enter performance reviews into Sharp. Perform audits. Maintain employee personnel and medical records. Special projects as assigned. Show less
