Assisting with the elections process for Pueblo County. Data entry in Statewide Colorado Registration and Election (SCORE) database. Clerical tasks including printing/stuffing/mailing letters, phone and in-person customer service, scanning and processing (data entry) of election/voter forms. Duties specific to my role include coordinating Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPCs), drop-off, and drop box locations for each election; conducting accessibility surveys for all locations selected for use in each election; hiring/HR for election judges; and supervision/support for election judges at polling places during elections.

Worked with the various programs utilized by the Pueblo County Department of Human Services (HS Connects, Colorado Benefits Management System, AppXtender, Worker Application Menu) and became proficient with a scanner. Scanned client documents into various programs (AppXtender, HS Connects) and purged old records. Also worked with minor mail sorting and distribution tasks. Assigned household numbers and corrected/updated client information in Worker Application Menu (WAM). Worked with Child Welfare and Adoption caseworkers to request/assign State IDs through the “Trails” program. Learned SNAP (Food Assistance) Quality Assurance process handled by the file room, which involved researching specific records and communicating these records and information with state employees.
