This position required me to build a rapport with every member, which I have done successfully with varying groups of people. My responsibilities in functions involve running various functions, being in charge of staff, ensuring the event runs smoothly, set up and pack down of events, running food throughout the event, serving behind the bar, ensuring that there is an appropriate level of stock, liaising with the chef and kitchen staff, and undertaking all other tasks required by the event coordinator.
