  As Training and Development Co-ordinator, I am responsible for arranging work experience, careers events and giving careers advice. I work alongside the Apprenticeship Team to help the Apprentices with their career choices at the end of their course, sometimes this involves helping prepare for University interviews and applications. My duties also include managing three team leaders to ensure the smooth running of the Apprenticeship programme, Mandatory training and maintenance of excellent Education and Training facilities within the Trust. By doing this we ensure that we support the goals set out in the 5 year strategic plan and are producing the best staff and facilities for our patients now and in the future. Show less
