This summer enrichment course is designed for gifted students who express interest in writing. As the instructor, my responsibilities included: syllabus/curriculum development; direct instruction in all modes of writing (expository, argumentative/persuasive, narrative, personal essay, amongst other creative modes); modeling of writing process and revision techniques; creating differentiated lessons/assignments; and helping each student to find and strengthen his/her unique writing 'voice'.
