  I operated CMM's using PC-DMIS software, checked both in-process and final inspections for sample plans for parts. I used instruments such as micrometers, microheights, calipers, surface finish comparators, HDV light comparators, thread gauges and ring gauges, pins, and manual CMM's. I also helped with other various tasks such as managing and re-organizing fixtures, creating excel spreadsheets for manual inspection data and travelers for making our inspections more organized and easier to keep track of, and had a hand in other company tasks such as creating a better system in dealing with excessive paperwork and instead of spending hours destroying documents on site - making a contract with the Westmoreland County Blind Association to dispose of non-secret paperwork that still needed to be shredded.
