Sarah started with a brand new Branch in 2017 with 3 Team Leaders & during this time helped to develop and promote 16 new Team Leaders and very quickly grew Birmingham Branch to be one of the largest branches. In 2019 Birmingham Branch was awarded the best Branch and was runner-up in 2020 due to Sarah’s skills at developing people, her organised & committed approach to running a Branch as well as her ability to build strong relationships of trust with her sales force. Sarah is strong, determined and competitive but also a good team player willing to help others achieve. During the time working with her Sarah developed her own skills as a Leader and was willing to try new ideas and receive feedback to help her grow and continue to perform to a high standard. Sarah was an amazing and dynamic manager for our branch. Full of great advice. Always ready to listen. Sarah went way out of her comfort zone to deliver for remote weekly sessions once Lockdown hit and managed a very large branch superbly during difficult and changing tones. Our branch went from strength to strength, coming top or in the top 3 in the country most months throughout. Sarah is encouraging, positive, supportive, inspiring and was a delight to work for. She is greatly missed!
