As front receptionist I answered incoming corporate calls for an office of 150 employees and 140 properties. I divided and addressed all incoming and outgoing United States mail. Sorted and distributed all incoming UPS and Fed Ex mail throughout each day. I greeted all visitors through the corporate lobby and notified the correct executives of their arrival. Controlled and managed our offsite document storage. I provided weekly ordering of office supplies and Fed Ex supplies for the corporate office. I was the "go to" person for miscellaneous/ time consuming tasks or scheduling and completed all in a timely manner. I prepared various confidential departmental reports and conducted research for statistical reports.
