Assisting GHOST Fragrances, Ariana Grande Fragrances and Hawaiian Tropic Fragrance Mists in the UK market. My roles and responsibilities included: o Managing across all NPD projects from briefing concept to launch, across women’s fragrance, mists and gifting season. o Assisting to manage all marketing and PR plans including digital and in store. Ensuring each brand are to guidelines and suiting each retailer platform. o Reviewing and analysing sales performance to understand key trends and areas of growth. o Writing and managing design and fragrance briefs; liaising with both external agencies and internal creative and art working teams to create on brand, styled products.o Prioritisation of workload including strong collaboration with the creative team to ensure functional, on schedule delivered assets. o Working closely with the senior brand manager to ensure projects were complete to the highest of standards. o Ensuring consistency and quality of the visual merchandising implementation in stores to each retailer’s unique specification. o When creating POS, I liaised directly with retailers and the POSM suppliers to ensure projects are delivered to budget and on schedule. o Researching, trends, new products to develop for gifting, gwp’s, ancillaries, new fragrance launches.
