  Currently I am in charge of order entry for new contracts for REO deals and starting Retail and DIL deals. When contracts come in and theres a vesting issue due to sheriff's deeds not being filed I get in touch with the foreclosure attorneys and counties to try and get them pushed through. I also type commitments and have typed pjr & fjr policies. I am always looking to expand my knowledge and skill base.
