Major focuses included: Leading the annual sanctions and schedules process with the Adult Competition Committee for USTA Adult Championships, including the review of 70 existing and new national tournament applications annually; acted as liaison for the Senior International Team Selection subcommittee and potential team members, supporting both groups in all aspects of team selection including timelines and applications, the preparation of player agreements, grant and uniform fulfillment, as well as coordinating with the Marketing department to assist in player publicity efforts; managing and reviewing the tournament feedback process, utilizing Verint Vovici to collect data via surveys; maintaining the USTA Tournaments website in American Eagle CMS and creating basic content as needed; testing enhancements for web-based tournament management software and iPhone applications; performing administrative duties, e.g., responding to all correspondence from customers, publishing rankings, coordinating all legal agreements, placing supply orders and processing monthly grants.
