I was put on secondment in May 2017 from my role as a Branch Manager where I joined a team of well experienced colleagues to roll out a project across the whole estate of Travis Perkins . I was involved from the start of the project where I had input on what the project was to deliver. The Evolve project was looking at making positive operational changes and differences throughout the Travis Perkins estate . My role as a project implementation Manager was to coach colleagues on new tools to help with their daily responsibilities and implement change within the daily running of a branch. I also delivered presentations to the Senior Leadership team, Regional Directors, Branch Managers and colleagues within Travis Perkins. .
