  Worked on redevelopment and recovery projects with a revenue of $80,000,000, in a collaborative team of architects spanning two offices. Personally documented damages to over 25% of the homes through photography, on-site measuring and surveying and noted clients needs in project development. Assisted in design development of these homes under guidance from senior staff members, with a total revenue at $25,000,000. My responsibilities were assessing FEMA floodplain and lift heights, checking houses against NYC building codes and designing total new builds if houses were not structurally viable to save. Created over 50 drawing sets for submission to D.O.B. under tight deadlines for expedited applications and responded to time sensitive RFI’s from contractors on-site. Executed the design and calculations of sprinkler systems using HydraCad, for over 30 homes within fire zones. Furthermore worked alongside the managing director to develop the designs of private houses in Long Island with a revenue of $10,000,000. Show less

  Worked on projects with a revenue of upwards of $30,000,000 in a diverse architecture and product design firm, alongside product designers, architects, industrial designers and graphic designers. The projects varied from house extensions, new builds, conservation and commercial to competition entries. Developed 20 feasibility studies of large residential developments of over 300,000 sqft, new builds and commercial fit-outs for head offices through hand sketch, AutoCad, SketchUp and Blender: analyzing site conditions, wind, sun, vehicular movement and space analyzes. Served as the primary point of contact with multiple clients, quantity surveyors, engineers, mechanical engineers, furniture designers, specialty fit-out companies and material suppliers. Coordinated and produced 30 planning applications and comprehensive tender packages for residential and commercial properties. Designed award winning competition boards, which were submitted to The Architecture Association of Ireland and the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland. Participated in a 24 hour hackathon with 200 of Europe’s best designers, coders, architects and urban planners to discover how technology can improve living conditions for displaced people globally.
