I had the pleasure to work with Sarah-Jane for 4.5 years when she was leading the recruitment and admissions activities of our Global Executive MBA program, representing our Partner school ESADE, in Spain. I could not have asked for a more professional, creative, smart and driven colleague. SJ cares about building authentic working relationships by getting to know all of her constituents. IOur constituents were the prospects, students, faculty and administrators. She was forthright in providing and receiving feedback and she always did it in a respectful and productive manner. She is cross-culturally savvy which enables her to be effective and engage in meaningful dialogues and produce results regardless of the countries she visits. Her creativity enables her to devise marketing strategies that would be tailored to the many audiences ESADE and Georgetown targeted. In many meetings she would bring up nuanced facts as to why such marketing tactics would or would not work in different parts of the world. If I could start an organization and needed someone to be in charge of international development and marketing she would be the first person I would call.
