Sarah pushes everyone’s strengths on the team and highlights each persons abilities while still ensuring we’re hitting our numbers and doing the right things to do so. She sets time aside to understand us as humans and not just employees which makes us respect her so much more as a leader. I’ve enjoyed my time working for Sarah. She goes above and beyond to make the team feel like a family and it’s greatly appreciated. She created an open space for us to communicate amongst each other and help each other with no judgement.
