Provided shuttle mission materials for 9 different programs with 9 different curriculums. Business Development- • Tested and assisted Binary Star® software upgrades. • Project Manager for 500,000 dollar NASA Grant (Grant ran 2 years). • Trained company employees for team building and problem solving. Companies trained were Boeing, Hexel, Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and CIA Administrative Assistants. • Started the “Simulations Power Point”, a Power point that explained the job and its requirements before we began interviews. • Directed Visually Impaired Space Camp and Deaf Week, budgets, training and execution. • Lead Manager for Peer Development Training Communication Skills – Managed meetings such as minutes, goals, timeslines for the CFO, construction staff and software staff of the U.S.S.R.C. Created a shared folder for any employee to be able to have access to meeting minutes. Worked side by side with Binary Star software to make adjustments and maintain Shuttle Software. Coordination Skills- Created a successful relationship with the MCC Floor shuttle simulators software designers, Binary Star. Responsible for 7 museum simulators including staff, budget and maintenance. Museum simulators consisted of the Apache’ simulator, Hummer simulator, Space Shot, G-Force, Climbing Wall, Kids Cosmos and Mars ride. Organized a simulations Excel grid that showed which simulator was being used when, where and how. Designed a monthly schedule rocket scientist, Dr. Georg vonTiesenhausen, who volunteered weekly. Initiative- Project manager of 3 hardware and educational committees. Each committee worked on a different age group and represented a different department. Committees had a deadline of 7 days to 3 years. Rotated committee members for a different aspect to the situation and to reduce burn out. Show less
