I liaise with elected members at all levels and work closely with other partner organisations to enable effective community initiatives. Transformation Workstream Lead (Secondment)
-
Jun 2021 - Jun 2022
As part of a newly established transformation team, I led the workstream focused on demand management and developed a robust toolkit outlining a working approach to effectively manage demand, understand customer personas and encourage behaviour change that in turn forms part of an organisational wide Applied Programme of Service Redesign to work towards a new target operational model. The work involved a number of phases including carrying out research of best practice, prototyping with heads of service and finally evaluating feedback to help inform the final policy approach. I then moved into a project management role and managed the applied programme working group, supporting the Transformation Lead in the coordination of key work areas including procurement of learning and support resources, establishing intellectual property agreements, developing initial insight work and facilitating actions for the development of the virtual learning environment system.
