From the moment Sarah moved into her Business Manager role, I've seen a lot of positive news coming out of our Wyong Office. She was instantly able to turn around the site's performance in the JSA Star Percentile Rankings, and it has continually been on the rise. Her team's performance in our DES Contracts was also noticeable, evident from a star ratings increase there. She has also been able to attract some fantastic staff, who are all kicking goals in their individual KPI's. She instills a positive, productive culture within the office and among her direct reports. I've found all my dealings with Sarah to be positive and constructive, and I've found her to be a reliable person to turn to whenever I'm stuck on something. She seems to be a walking encyclopedia in all things JSA and DES and is more than happy to help me, even though I've never directly reported to her.
