I began working for Smart Office in Februrary 2014. I was taken on as a service administrator for the company, where I developed customer service skills and learned how to to deal with our clients queries quickly and efficiently. My job was to ensure that our clients needs and expectations were met to the highest of standards at all times. I worked in the Service department for a year and a half, and was then given the opportunity to master the accounts side of the company. Therefore my new position within the business was Purchase ledger Administrator, which involved maintaining the individual accounts of suppliers from which Smart Office has made purchases from. A year on, and one of my colleagues from the Service department retired, so I was asked if I would step in and take over the role. I accepted, and I’m now currently employed as a Service Control Coordinator for Smart Office. I work alongside my manager running the service department, dispatching the engineers to their daily jobs, and ensuring that they have the right tools to carry out each job efficiently. I also deal with client queries on a daily basis, making sure that their needs are met, and providing them with the utmost confidence in Smart Office. Having the opportunity to learn different aspects of the company has opened up many doors for me, and is widening my knowledge within the industry every day.
