• Implemented the site strategy in response to the coronavirus in March 2020 including the furlough of 200+ employees• Managed a large-scale redundancy programme of 200+ employees and subsequent exit programme following the collapse of the main customer account which went into administration as a result of the coronavirus impact in April 2020. This was completed to time/budget and with no resulting grievances/appeals or tribunals• HR lead on the site succession programme which have been instrumental in developing people and supporting progression through internal promotions across the business• Employee Engagement - Launched an employee forum across the business. Instrumental member of senior management team in site engagement initiatives including the implementation of the site mission, vision and values, designed a monthly and annual reward and recognition scheme to recognise achievement against the business leadership priorities. Year on year improvement on Employee Engagement score through tailored initiatives in response to feedback • Transformation - Managed the effective transfer of TSCS to CEVA Logistics in October 2015 and implementation of CEVA initiatives post transfer to develop the employee culture of the site including managing a management site restructure following the transfer to CEVA Logistics to create a management structure that was more fit for purpose • Project managed the effective implementation of a site time and attendance system to timescale and budget• Developed and Promoted a health and Wellbeing culture through the delivery of a Health and Wellbeing initiative• Delivered year on year improvement on key people measures through the delivery of effective absence and retention management solutions
