Steve Marshall

A fantastically supportive coach and mentor who actively grows staffs skills and abilities around her by creating a fun but efficient atmosphere. She is extremely knowledgable about processes, policies and legislation and how and when to apply them. I personally have benefitted from having worked with Sarah, as she has helped guide me through a steep learning curve managing staff by supporting and challenging me to develop, and I would recommend her as an key addition to any business.

Sarah was my line manager for almost 2 years, she was a brilliant coach to kick start my career path in HR. Sarah pushed me to achieve more and gave me the opportunity and exposure to grow and develop.
