It is with great privilege that I write this recommendation for Sarah Hardin. I was first introduced to Ms. Hardin in her role as Director for Higher Education and Scholarship at Chicago Youth Programs (CYP). Within this role, Ms. Hardin served as my MSW supervisor while I was completing my field placement hours. She was an amazing example of a social worker, in which I was able to learn a tremendous amount, not only during my placement, but as I have continued on with my own personal and professional development. From the time that I’ve known Ms. Hardin, she has always been enthusiastic about the work that she does, and brings that keenness to work with her everyday. She was an excellent contribution to the organization, and sense of reliability and support for the youth who participated in teen programs at CYP. Ms. Hardin’s ability to bring her skills as an experienced advocate for social justice was an essential part of the team dynamics within her role at CYP. Her warmth and ability to connect with both staff and program participants demonstrate her commitment ensuring youth excel in higher education. I have no reservations whatsoever and enthusiastically write this recommendation for Ms. Hardin. She is passionate, driven, and highly experienced in her field! Without doubt, I am sure Ms. Hardin would be a great addition to any organization she is a part of.

Sarah Hardin was an exceptional worker for us At St. john's Bread and Life. She brought great energy and a super ability to multitask, to her position as Volunteer Coordinator. Sarah was so good at her job the we adopted many of Sarah's protocols for working with volunteers.
