  As an Asset Manager I am responsible for analyzing the financial performance and occupancy for a portfolio of over 100 tax credit properties. These properties include new construction, acquisition rehab, mixed use, and historic adaptive reuse. Financial reports are analyzed for optimum performance and approved quarterly or monthly depending upon project status.   As a Fund Analyst I was responsible for the modeling upper tier equity funds, strategic management of fund cash positions, and daily accounting responsibilities including equity fund disbursements to properties.
