This is a three-year initiative. • Coordinated a large, multifaceted U.S. EPA contract regarding the training of Tribes, U.S. Territories and Insular Areas in proper Grants Management. This was a 5-year initiative which involved a great deal of travel throughout the continental United States, U.S. Territories and Insular Areas (such as Guam and American Samoa). • Wrote the narrative for a National Science Foundation Advanced Technological Education (NSF ATE) grant (funded fall 2012; NSF ATE DUE #1204627; $583,078), in addition to numerous other grant proposals. • Coordinated a large part of National PETE’s NSF ATE grant A National Collaboration to Strengthen the Advanced Environmental Technology Education Programs at Tribal Colleges. This included coordination of three, week-long STEM faculty development Institutes at separate Tribal Colleges, and college-specific technical assistance.
