Bio
Nirmala Prakash, Ph.D. (she/hers)
During my tenure at Mursion Sarah and I routinely worked together on the most high stakes, critical and sensitive projects within DEI and Healthcare. Sarah’s role was to oversee the team that designed simulations for learners to practice difficult conversations dealing with stigma, bias and interpersonal communications. At times these projects were at a standstill or had a major personnel barrier that we had to navigate. I had the opportunity to see Sarah shine under pressure. Sarah was laser focused on the goal, problem-solving as we went all while deepening the partner relationships along the way. In a fast paced environment with barriers around every corner, Sarah is the person you want on your team. Her stellar work aside, Sarah is a delight to work with, funny, engaging and always looking out for those on her team.

I had the distinct and unique pleasure of working with Sarah French both as one of her clients and later as a colleague when I became a Mursion employee. Sarah is a dedicated professional that is fully committed to her team, her responsibilities and her clients. She works tirelessly to ensure that the quality of the product and service she provides meets the needs of the client while simultaneously is in keeping with the business objectives. She selflessly and expertly lead and trained dozens of employees who needed to quickly learn an endless array of unique and complex requirements associated with delivering hundreds of scenarios to high stakes and demanding Fortune 500 clients. She is comfortable working in the extremely fast paced, demanding, and often times ambiguous environment that is typical of a tech start up. She is a caring and personable leader who demonstrates genuine empathy for everyone she interacts with. I would gladly work with Sarah French again and think she should be given strong consideration for leadership roles that leverage her many strengths and talents.
