I handle a vast majority of both mouse room and customer communications for JAX Services projects. In this role, I work in a roll of Project Oversite. This role handles all animal room communications between Reproductive Sciences/Breeding Services and Project Management. In particular, I handle the communications for 2 mouse rooms. In this role we address mouse room needs, complete tasks by specific deadlines, communicate information between customers/project managers and mouse rooms, and provide direction to the room regarding project management when needed. I currently manage the Cryorecovery service, Restock project service, Collaborative Cross project service, and I am now one of the Training Coordinators for the department. I update scopes, I can differentiate between sperm and embryo freeze processes, troubleshoot mouse-import information, assist project managers on Reproductive Science project information, and I am a subject matter expert in the following areas; Cryorecovery service, Reproductive Science Service Types, and Filemaker usage.
