  I specialise in special educational needs and disability (SEND) law and commercial dispute resolution. SEND law applies to children and young people up to 25 years old who have a wide range of additional needs (including special educational needs, disabilities and medical needs) requiring some level of adaption or additional support to access education, as well as possible health, therapy and social care needs. I personally understand the experience of parenting a child with SEND and trying to gain the right support and educational placement for them and support families in every aspect of this process. Within commercial dispute resolution, I have a particular emphasis on shareholder disputes. I have acted for Plcs, privately-owned companies and individuals in a variety of matters including advising on shareholder disputes, commercial contract disputes, restrictive covenant claims, injunctions and search orders, partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and breach of warranty claims.
