Project Manager for Media Company responsible for the sites Pushchair Expert and Mumii UK. The role involved the management of content filming schedules for web and social media advertising for a variety of prolific clients within the pushchair and nursery industry. The project management process involved all scheduling to ensure content and launch deadlines were met to budget, using Gant charting tools, ,high level and detailed planning using Microsoft Project, and escalating all risks and issues to the executive stakeholders. The role also involved all communication with industry clients, project initiation, delegating tasks and end to end planning for various types of advertising including product reviews, lifestyle videos, interviews and instructional videos. The planning process involved sourcing models, liaising with model agencies, creating shot lists and screen flows alongside videography staff, obtaining filming licenses, looking after models and clients during video shoots, and ensuring all projects were achieved within client budgets. In this role I was part of the Project Team responsible for implementing the 5 year Digital Care strategy throughout the main sites of United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust. Projects included the Electronic Observations and Charting project, implementation of electronic Theatre and Maternity systems, and upgrading the Trust's Patient Administration system. The role involved liaising with clinical staff from all levels to develop systems to suit current working processes, and enable a smooth go-live or upgrade process. This would be achieved though effective project planning, historic and future process mapping and staff support through the change process. I was also communications lead, which involved ensuring that projects were effectively communicated throughout the Trust via various platforms such as social media, events, meetings and advertising. I also created effective communications dashboards which were shared with stakeholders at high level meetings. Excellent communication and developing good professional relationships were essential to the role, alongside good organisational and problem solving skills. Show less

Part of the IT training Team involved in the implementation of the Medway Electronic Patient Record system trustwide at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. This initially involved the design and production of relevant training material (specialising in outpatient areas). Prior to the go-live was part of a team responsible for training 2500 staff members within an 8 week timeframe on all aspects of the system. During and post Go-Live was part of a floorwalking team troubleshooting any training issues and answering training jobs added to the IT service desk.
