Over the last several years I have counted myself very fortunate to work with Sarah, and could not ask for a better supervisor or director. As a leader, she is not only determined and focused on the goal at hand, she truly cares about the people we serve. With her background in Rehabilitation, she brings a comprehensive perspective to fundraising that is motivating and educative. What I have learned, and continue to learn from Sarah has enriched my professional development, and provides me with a genuine sense of fulfillment in the nonprofit field. I could not ask for a better manager – she fully embraces my talents, while strengthening my weaknesses, and enables me to be the best person I can be. The sense of Team is profound, and Sarah always makes a person feel valued and mentored in the best possible way. With her at the department helm, one knows they’re always headed in the right direction.

As my direct supervisor, I could not ask for a better leader. Sarah is very knowledgeable and I was eager to learn any and everything from her. She is organized, detailed and goal oriented, fair and loves what she does. I never had to hear her say how much she loved her job, you could tell in her work and determination. I would highly recommend Sarah as a Director of Philanthropy and will always sing her praises! It was a complete pleasure working for and with her!
