  From my first full time sales position in floral sales to diesel fuel and fleet oil to medical sales to part owner of an "Amazing" business venture teaching preschool children sports and motor skills; I have learned so much through the years. My very first sales job was actually selling credit cards at Mervyn's (remember them?) for $1 an application. I did so well I was hired back every season. Each position taught me life skills and wisdom I carry with me every day. Inspirational Gurus such as Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Brian Weiss, Andrew Carnegie and Napoleon Hill and Deepak Chopra, to name a few, were all instilled in me from my first job in the flower industry. They had had a library with all their literature and it was encouraged to be checked out weekly. The owner later became an inspirational speaker himself. The concepts of Consistency, Persistence, Communication, Integrity, Passion, and Strength; these are the "Stuff" not just of sales but of life itself! :)
