Successfully managed and transitioned 280 staff from AEG Ogden’s Perth Pty Ltd into the Department and the Government of Western Australia and was the lead negotiator for the newly created Department of Culture and the Arts Venue Management Agreement (DCAVMA) 2014 for incoming staff.
