      • Jul 2019 - Present

The first part of my function consists in coaching people willing to start their business regardless the social status, the progress and the industry of the project. The coaching is mainly individual and aims at defining all aspects of the project (value proposition, targeted clients, market studies, business plan, financial plan, financing, prototype, ...) and accompanying on all the aspects of the launching. The second part of my function consists in managing Village Finance asbl which aims at developing the entrepreneurship in Brussels by providing thematic grants. The grants provided are currently focused on circular economy. First of all, my role is operational : coaching the entrepreneurs to go deeper in the circular aspects of their projects, preparing the jurys in which they will be presented, release the grants and taking part to partners' events. Above the operational tasks, I am also managing the governance of the asbl which means sustaining the financing, organizing the general assembly and the board and developing new projects aroud Village Finance. • TRAC report 2015
      • Sep 2015 - Dec 2015

The TRAC (Transparency in Reporting on Anti-Corruption) project was realized in collaboration with five other students from Louvain School of Management, as part of RSE course. This has been carried out to evaluate through a structured and well-defined methodology how companies publicly communicate on their anti-corruption policies. We selected 30 belgian companies, 15 from Bel20 and 15 from Euronext in order to cover as many sectors as possible. They got a final score according to the elements we could find in their publicly stated documents (financial report, consolidated accounts,...). These elements concern facilitation payments, bribery,... and many topics involved in corruption. The final report has been published in December 2015 Show less
