I have worked in a variety of departments within Centene/Sunflower Health Plan. I started out working with Outpatient authorizations, then moved to case management, and am currently working in QI with HEDIS chart chase and year round medical record review (Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace), risk adjustment chart chase for Medicare and Marketplace, and NCQA Accreditation.
