Marketing and Public Relations Intern
-
Apr 2001 - May 2002
I identified and made presentations to prospective business sponsors for the "Music in the Meadows" concert series and raised over $40,000 in new sponsorships my first year, as well as coordinating activities and volunteers for the three concerts. I developed a marketing program that captured an email list of over 200 email addresses of concert attendees in the Tri-Cities for future promotional use. I trained the incoming intern in 2002 and partnered to raise over $29,000.
