I sold products, brand and culture to clients through education. I had a strong knowledge of fits, features and functions of each item on the floor and continued to learn as new products came into the store. I sold the brand of lululemon athletica by explaining everything from background of the company from its creation to the company's philosophy and the quotations on the walls and on the bags. I sold the brand of lululemon athletica by explaining everything from background of the company from its creation to the company's philosophy and the quotations on the walls and on the bags. I also educated guests on the community aspect of the company by building and fostering relationships in the store and in the yoga studio or gym when I went to take classes. I focused on "merching" the store to best display products not only aesthetically but also by functionality so that guests could go to one wall or one section and find everything they needed for a run or a hot yoga class. My other main focus was product development. I collected feedback on items informally (through conversations with guests, instructors or athletes) or formally in the fitting area and then compiled it each month for a conference call with designers in Vancouver to discuss product development as a direct result of feedback. Strong emphasis on sales, product knowledge, communication skills, teamwork, responsibility, problem solving and decision-making. Show less
