Working closely with Sarah for eight years at RedEye was an absolute pleasure. Sarah is confident and can converse with stakeholders at all levels, from both the technical and commercial arms of the business. This leads to Sarah producing first-class Product documentation that looks at changes from multiple angles that affect the company's products. These all feed into Engineers, which help guide them to build and deliver on expectations set by the company and its stakeholders. Sarah works well under pressure, able to instruct and triage issues when the situation calls for it. She can command teams to work on moving priorities whilst still being able to fulfil the general business as usual activities. Sarah is a real credit to any company she works for. She is profoundly committed and enthusiastic and always gets stuck in.
