I head up the Green Board Games Company New Product Development team, working on new game ideas and seeing the process through from their early concept through design and play testing to final product. Recently this has involved developing a number of new brands. Footsteps - games and puzzles developed for children aged 0 to 3 years, Leaps and Bounds - a range of games for children aged 3 to 7 years, designed to support children to achieve early development goals, Mad Moose - a range of fun family games to encourage children and adults to play together.Previously I have been responsible for the development of our highly successful Story Cards titles, the idea for the extension of our popular BrainBox brand into a pre-school range of titles and an entire range of educational games which are closely aligned with the National Curriculum.

Starting as Territory Manager covering the Midlands area selling secondary science education products, I was promoted to marketing manager in 2007 responsible for 20,000 products across 3 annual catalogues, 2,000 pages total in 3 different currencies. My role also included all marketing activities from maintaining the website, promotions, exhibitions for both the industrial and the education divisions. I also set up a ktp project in association with Staffordshire University which went on to win a Lord Stafford Award for Innovation Achieved for a range of forensic science kits.
