Create, manage, and execute strategy on a multitude of complex employee relations issues, merger and acquisition support, conducting workplace investigations, managing regulatory and or legal claims, performance management, teammate separations, and employment policies. Launched and continue to develop our HR service delivery tool including improved self-service tools and paths of engagement for all SCA’s 10K+ teammates including an extensive knowledge base and case management system which has allowed for engagement. Lead the HR support of the extensive and evolving demands and impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, developing resources and tools to support teammates and the business. Serve as Chair of the Women’s Empowerment Committee a sub-committee of our Women’s Network Teammate Resource Group, furthering the organizations commitment to diversity and inclusion. In this role, developed engagements to reach organization wide including the developing, co-hosting and rollout of a regularly released podcast and biannual events.
