The Virginia Health Care Foundation is the largest funder of safety net clinics in Virginia. In my time with VHCF I expanded access to oral health care for underserved and uninsured Virginians by strengthening the operations of existing dental safety net providers and stimulating the creation of new providers throughout the Commonwealth. Of note, I negotiated cost savings for the dental safety net now valued at well over one million dollars. The Virginia Health Care Foundation is the largest funder of safety net clinics in Virginia.
