Sarah took on some work for us at very short notice and has now worked on a number of matters for Bonnington Plastics. We have been incredibly impressed with her and the IP team at Pannone Corporate as a whole. All her work is of an exceptional standard and always turned around very quickly. She is always on hand to talk us through our options and the merits of different courses of action and has a great understanding of our business.

Sarah is very much a lawyer to watch. An expert in her field at such an early stage in her career with a genuine passion to get the best result for her clients (including us), her advice has been invaluable to us on several significant matters and I'd have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.

I am an Associate Partner within the Dispute Resolution Group at Pannone Corporate LLP. I specialise in IP and media disputes and enjoy working with clients to protect brand values and reputation. I regularly advise clients in relation to copyright, registered and unregistered design right, trade mark and passing off disputes.I am also particularly interested in the law of defamation and have experience advising clients in respect of publications made across a variety of mediums from newspaper print to social media posts. In addition to specialist IP and media work, I also advise clients in relation to commercial and contractual disputes. In particular, I regularly advise on claims concerning breaches of restrictive covenant and misuse of confidential information, as well as claims arising in the recruitment and franchise contexts, including claims in which urgent interim injunctive relief is required. I enjoy working with clients across a variety of different sectors.I aim to work with clients to resolve disputes quickly and cost-effectively and to explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as mediation, where appropriate.I am ranked as a 'next generation lawyer' in the field of IP in Legal 500 and an ‘associate to watch’ in the field of litigation in Chambers.
