  Reporting to the Manager AOCC, the position is responsible for matching the flight schedule with the applicable physical recourse (gates, counters and baggage devices) based on the attributes of each flight, and allocating the necessary resources to customers to meet their operational needs, on year-round 24/7 rotating shifts. Essential functions: • Coordinate aircraft parking requirements with airlines; • Maintain the daily gating plan through the Gate Management System (GMS) and the Close Circuit Television (CCTV); • Evaluate and maintain the initial seasonal schedule (summer and winter) for all planed flight activity at the airport; • On an ongoing basis, handle and process requests for slot changes throughout each season by assessing them against runway and facility capacity constraints; • Monitor the Lightning Detection System and advises stakeholders of system activities; • Record and maintains up-to-date field condition reports (via voice mail/telephone); • Complete appropriate incidents and shift reports; • Prepare reports for internal departments and outside agencies, as required, through the use of the Airport Operations Database (AODB) or other database / software; • Monitor the Baggage Handling System (BHS) and dispatches calls when maintenance is required; • Provide back-up for the Security and Communication • Participate in special projects as requested.
