Sarah worked in my team for a year whilst doing a placement at Sky during her undergraduate degree. During that year I saw her develop and flourish as a core member of the product management team. She worked on a number of very high profile products (High Definition TV, Multiroom, Self Set Up, and specifically on business cases and projects that had executive sponsorship and interest (Foundation Initiatives, HD Content Growth, Linear Entitlement). She used the experience at Sky to great benefit, becoming an excellent project manager, strategist and marketer, working with a variety of teams to deliver business objectives. She is a confident communicator and presenter, and has experience of working with colleagues up to Executive level, with poise and credibility. In her final weeks at Sky she gave a presentation on her business case to a group of colleagues in excess of 80. She would be welcome in my team at any point in her future career and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Sarah is intelligent, tenacious and proactive. She proved her ability to a quite remarkable extent during the time that I worked with her, displaying behaviours I would normally only expect in people with significantly more experience. I would strongly endorse her and know that she has the potential to grow into a future leader at any company she works for.
