In my position, I successfully manage projects with a range of technical challenges while supervising up to five individuals concurrently and cross-functionally. I created a draft reporting system to increase efficiency, which cut reporting time in half and increased training effectiveness in technical reporting by 75%. This more efficient method made it possible to generate high-caliber technical reports more quickly, which raised client satisfaction and project output.
