In short: in this (new) role, I support the various consultants in their work. This includes: ✪ Contact with clients regarding starting the next WBSO round: scheduling appointments, requesting information, updating the CRM system after client contact (and maintaining the CRM system in general). But also preparing and submitting applications. As it is incredibly important that this is done with precision, working in a concentrated and accurate manner is a must! ✪ Ensuring that folders and draft applications are ready for the next round for all clients, updating template emails, archiving client emails. ✪ Once a year, for all clients, the hours worked the previous year, as well as the BSN numbers of the people who worked on WBSO projects, have to be passed on to the RVO. For this, I do the communication, and check the information sent (have the clients made enough or too few hours). Show less

I started as a telephone operator at the corona test line. There I learnt how to work with a script, how to use the programmes to receive calls and schedule appointments for a corona test. After a week, I transferred to the vaccination phone line. I enjoyed the work more than expected, and I saw that reflected in a 100% score on monitored calls!
