I was responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of classrooms and other school buildings. During the school break, I worked as part of a team to complete larger tasks, such as stripping and waxing floors. During term time, I worked independently under the supervision of the head custodian. I was assigned a block of buildings for which I was responsible. I was given a list of tasks that needed to be completed within a certain timeframe and was left to complete these tasks at my own discretion.
