  For Clements Environmental, I have conducted technology and site evaluations, drafted facility designs, obtained complex CA permits and approvals, and provided environmental consulting services to 40+ clients and projects. I started with the company as a staff engineer and now work as the VP of operations, managing the day-to-day operations of the company. Obtained ATC/PTO air permits, solid waste facility permits, land use permits, CEQA/CUP, Notification-tier permits, and research permits. Managed stormwater reporting and compliance in adherence with the Industrial General Permit (IGP) for 30+ clients, conducted site visits, collected stormwater samples, recommended BMPs, updated Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), completed Ad-hoc and ERA reports, resolved issued violations from Regional Water Quality Control Boards. Managed hazardous material inventories and updated California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) reports, audited facilities to update inventories, and resolved any issued violations for improper storage or reporting issues. Acted as the liaison between clients and local enforcement agencies including Regional Water Quality Control Boards, Air Board, Air District, City/County Departments, and CalRecycle. Managed timeline, budget, and schedule for multiple projects, created proposals and estimated projects for new clients, and maintained client relationships. Briefed staff members on projects and delegated tasks.
