Raphael Gabari
Sarah worked as a Prison Custody Officer at Sodexo in the United Kingdom and I was her direct line manager. Sarah was an absolute gem during her time with us at Sodexo, working directly with female prisoners. She was a very committed officer, and helped a lot of prisoners with their rehabilitation journey. Sarah was non judgemental and believed everyone deserved a second chance at life, Sarah worked with prisoners who were drug dependent and most of whom are repeatedly offenders, Sarah was never disappointed with them when they return to prison, rather she would encourage them to have another go and she was always there for them to point them in the right direction. it was a pleasure managing Sarah, she was a conscientious, committed and dedicated person and this translated into her work. I will employ Sarah back if she wishes to return but I know Sarah has hone on to bigger and better things, through her sheer dedication she has completed a degree programme and I know Sarah will be an asset to future employers, I recommend Sarah wholeheartedly to future employers

I worked alongside Sarah while we were both supporting families living in homeless services. Sarah is very easy to engage with, she has great energy and a real 'let's make a plan and get things done' attitude. She puts great effort into creating positive relationships with co-workers, people in associated agencies and with service users of all ages alike. Sarah is a team player and a valuable asset to any team. She is just as comfortable in a role that requires leadership, delegation, planning and follow through. Sarah affords great attention to detail with regards to information sharing through team handovers, individual casenotes, and other professional reports. She is highly creative with the ability to think outside the box in her approach to supporting the achievement of outcomes. I would love to work with Sarah again in the future and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her for any service / agency where empathy, advocacy and relationships are key.
