Javier Rodriguez Rodriguez
Sara was my student for Fluids Mechanics II of Aerospace Engineering in the second semester of the 2019/20 year. The course covers compressible flow, shock and expansion waves and boundary layer theory. I can clearly tell that she understood and learned very well all of the complex concepts I taught in the class. Consequently, her tests and laboratories showed how well she had mastered the topics of the course. She was also the class representative and, during the pandemic, she was the one that helped me communicate with the rest of the students, set exam dates, laboratory deadlines, student feedback, among other things. Her help was absolutely invaluable for me, in a year where communication with students has been more complicated than ever. I was impressed by how well respected she was among her peers. This is something that I totally understand, as she has earned the same respect from me. I believe Sara is a great student, who consistently demonstrated her hard working ethic, and interests in the subjects related to aerospace engineering. She was always asking questions in class or by email. I would like again to remark again her leadership skills as a delegate. She is gentle and polite when treating her colleagues or professors, and exhibits a great emotional intelligence. If you have any questions about Sara's performance in my course or any other of her personal or technical skills, please contact me via the e-mail address: javier.rodriguez@uc3m.es.

Sara was my student in the course "Introduction to Structural Analysis" (Aerospace Engineering degree) at UC3M. Throughout the course, she persistently demonstrated her aptitudes not only as an engineering student, but also as a degree delegate. Despite the pandemic, she had enough leadership and communication skills to act as the perfect interlocutor between me and the rest of the students, as well as facilitated the job of the professors when it came to tutorials sessions. Additionally, she was able to acquire a high knowledge and understanding of both the theoretical concepts and the finite element software Abaqus, obtaining a very high score in her individual final project, proving her knowledge of the software. Overall, Sara showed she was a dedicated student, who was passionate about her degree and about learning and discussing about new ideas. If you have any questions about Sara and her performance during the course, please feel free to contact me (avazrome@ing.uc3m.es). Álvaro
