At a fast-paced news media organization there are many occasions when a crisis has everyone frantically wondering how we're going to get through it. At Out Front, Sara was the one who saved the day. Whether it was an angry advertiser, a huge error at the printer, a network crash or internal office drama, Sara always knew the perfect solution and the knowledge and ability to solve the problem. There was nobody who worked harder, more diligently, or more reliably than Sara, and in addition to being a brilliant visual designer she struck the rarely-achieved balance of being both firm and likeable as a manager. She is a wonderful person to work with and I don't think anyone should ever hesitate to do so.
